~Traditional Persian Cuisine~

The Teahouse menu is written in three categories; it reflects the cultural history, our tea, and our exploration of world cuisine. The history of the Teahouse is represented in this section with traditional foods of Tajikistan and Persia.


Rhubarb Khoresht with Lamb (Khoresh-e rivas)

In this section of the menu we have taken the Teahouse in a new and more modern direction by fusing some of our house teas with contemporary cuisine in order to explore the complex flavors of tea.

The final section of the menu is dedicated to ethnic cuisines of the world.  To experience the spirit of the Sister City International programs and bringing cultures together.

Half rack of pork ribs in a hoisin sauce, served with Asian slaw and crispy fried noodles.
