Teas Used in this menu
Gyuokuro - Made from the first flush tips plucked from bushes cultivated
in deep shade, harvested only once a year, these flat sharply pointed leaves
produce a very green cup with a vegetal flavor.
GenMaiCha- Japanese green tea blended with toasted rice, offering
a nutty, filling brew.
Lapsang Souchong- traditional black tea from China smoked over pine
wood fires, this tea offers a strong, smoky flavor.
Chai- an Indian blend of tea with spices including cinnamon, cardamom,
and ginger served with milk and sugar.
Huckleberry Tea- Premium Ceylon black tea flavored with natural Wild
Mountain Huckleberry.
Cinnamon Plum Tea – Black Tea from The Republic of tea flavored
with the zing of cinnamon and finishes with the deep flavor of plum.
Lemon Ginger Green Tea - the mild flavor of green tea is blended with
the spicy warmth of ginger and the citrus of lemon and lemongrass.
Mango Ceylon - light and exotically fruity, Ceylon tea with mango
and marigold
Ti Kuan Yin - China’s most celebrated Oolong, named for Kuan
Yin, the Goddess of Compassion. Its tightly rolled leaves unfurl in hot water
and produce a brownish green infusion with aromatic, full bodied flavor and
a lingering aftertaste.
Cherry Sencha - delicate cherry flavor had been added to traditional
Sencha, creating a unique and exotic experience.
Blackberry Sage - highly aromatic blend that produces a berry note
and the cool flavor of white sage.
Ginger Peach - this tea offers the lushness of fancy peaches and a
tingle of spicy ginger.
Puerh - this unusual cup gives a strong earthy flavor like a wet forest
floor with a dark, dense cup.
